Exchange & Replacement Policy

We accept exchanges or replacements within 7 days of delivery only in the following situations:
  • The item received is damaged during transit
  • A wrong item was delivered
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
To request a replacement, please contact us with:
  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Reason for replacement

Once our team confirms the request, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Please note:
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Used, opened, or damaged items will not be eligible
  • Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted

Refund Policy

A full refund will be issued if:

  • The ordered product is unavailable
  • We are unable to ship the order

Once we receive and inspect a returned item that meets our return criteria, we initiate the refund process.
The refund is typically issued within 7 to 10 business days and sent back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your order, please reach out to us promptly.
Cancellations are only possible for orders that haven’t yet been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In these instances, customers may instead initiate a return, provided they meet the return eligibility criteria outlined previously.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or refund:
  • The product must be unused
  • The product must be unopened and in original packaging
  • The item must be returned in the same condition as delivered

Customers are required to organize and pay for return shipping.
Keep in mind that returns might need to be sent to the original dispatch location, which can differ based on warehouse capacity.

Bulk Orders

Orders totaling more than $1000 are classified as bulk purchases and cannot be returned or refunded.
That said, if any books are damaged upon arrival, we will replace them free of charge.

Important Information

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For orders shipped under free shipping promotions, shipping handling charges may still be deducted from the refund amount
  • Refund approval depends on inspection after receiving the returned item
