If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location and shipping carrier availability.

Estimated Delivery Times:
• Domestic Orders: 5–10 business days
• International Orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Charges & Shipping Options

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on delivery location, product weight, and shipping method selected.

Shipping Options:

1. Free Shipping:
Standard delivery within the estimated delivery timeframe.

2. Speedy Delivery ($8.99):
Fast delivery with a commitment to meet the promised timeframe.
The Speedy Delivery fee is fully refundable if the delivery commitment is not met.

Important Note:
Except for Speedy Delivery refund cases, shipping charges are generally non-refundable in other refund or return situations.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
• Tracking number
• Shipping carrier details
• Tracking link (if available)

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

Booquora is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier issues, customs clearance, weather conditions, incorrect customer information, or unforeseen logistical disruptions.

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact our support team for assistance.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details during checkout.

If incorrect information is provided:

• Orders may be returned or canceled

Booquora is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

7. International Shipping & Customs

International customers may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and additional local fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
• Our team will review and assist accordingly

9. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before shipment processing begins.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
